Yes, absolutely! There is a dropdown menu in the checkout section of my shop where you can either select shipping or "Local Pickup". Once you receive a pick-up ready email, you can go grab your goodies from our friends over at Rideau Rollers during their open hours.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items such as buttons, pins, stickers, patches, tote bags and prints are sent via Canada Post regular letter mail and do not have a tracking number associated with them. The option to upgrade to tracked shipping is available.

Items such as mugs, apparel, and swimwear are tracked by default - you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email when they are sent out.

Your package will arrive with no queer-specific branding whatsoever - you can identify it by the name "Luck and Lavender Studio" on the return address label.

Most orders are packaged in paper or cardboard mailers. Please be good to the planet and recycle when you’re done with them!
