I feel like I'm definitely not alone in this, but I struggle real hard with catastrophic thinking. I'm always getting ready for the absolute worst case scenario, but then I just end up just hurting myself before I can be hurt by anyone or anything else. But what if everything goes right instead of wrong? What if good things are on the way?
