Your package will arrive with no queer-specific branding whatsoever - you can identify it by the name "LLQ" on the return address label. However, if you would like more explicitly queer branding, let me know and I will happily gay it up for you!

Items such as buttons, pins, stickers, patches, tote bags and prints are sent via Canada Post regular letter mail and do not have a tracking number associated with them.

Items such as mugs, apparel, face masks and swimwear are tracked - you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email when they are sent out.

Prefer to pick up in Ottawa? There is a dropdown menu in the checkout section of my shop where you can either click "Standard Shipping" or "Local Pickup" at my home studio downtown. After you order, wait for an email from me letting you know when it will be ready for you to pick up (usually 1-3 business days). If you do not receive a pickup ready email within 5 business days, please contact at luckylittlequeer@gmail.com.
