Allowing myself the space to experience grace, self-love and forgiveness has helped me grow so much in the past little while. My therapist always asks me "what are you going to do to allow yourself some grace this week?
 
For me, I think that means doing my best to treat myself like I would treat a friend. To forgive myself for not being perfect. To be kind to myself when I'm having a hard time doing little (or big) things like getting out of bed. How do you allow yourself grace?
