Self-Care Night

Come join KJ Forman of Lucky Little Queer at the Carleton Womxn’s Learning, Advocacy & Support Centre for a self-care night! As a survivor of trauma living with depression and PTSD, KJ found that art has always been their coping mechanism, their means of survival, and their way of healing. Many of their early works fixate on their trauma and pain, but KJ’s work has since transformed into a continuing story of strength, hope and growth. At this workshop you will be able to share stories of resiliency and self-care, and to create your own piece of affirmative art.
